Goldsmith - an honorable profession that we at Din Ring are proud of.

In the past, the word jeweler synonymous with banking and security, since the goldsmith dealt in gold and other valuable items. The goldsmith is a metal worker who specializes in making jewelry, but over the course of history, the goldsmith has also produced candlesticks, cutlery, bowls and other decorative items.

Nowadays, especially in industrialized countries, jewelers spend a lot of time on repairs. This can be anything from maintaining wedding rings to fixing broken costume silver. Production still takes place, but often on a smaller scale - such as our collections of art rings. This is something we are proud of. We don't just sell mass-produced rings, but we create our very own art objects and we love to custom design jewelry for our customers.

At Din Ring we have own workshop in Sandnes that our customers can visit. Our jeweler also offers guidance sessions and consultations to customers who want to buy something truly unique and special. Our jeweler also offers guidance when it comes to choosing the perfect wedding ring or engagement ring. This costs 500,- per hour and is included if you choose to buy a ring from us.

Do you have gold that you don't use for long? Feel free to make new jewelry from it. You can make an appointment with our jeweler to have your gold cleaned and weighed. Then our jeweler can tailor exactly the piece of jewelry you want!

For the jeweler, the greatest joy is being able to create unique rings and jewelry for the big days in life! Being able to conceive an idea on paper and then develop it into a luxurious ring or piece of jewelry is so rewarding and exciting!
